Job Purpose

To develop and expand government project business, secure product approvals with government departments, build relationships with architects and consultants, and generate sales through project-based and corporate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop business relationships with government departments, PSUs, corporate clients and institutional customers.
Identify government tenders, upcoming projects and new business opportunities; drive product approvals, empanelment and specifications.
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors and project owners to generate and convert project leads into orders.
Achieve sales targets, expand market presence, acquire recent customers and maintain existing business relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical specifications, samples and order execution.
Maintain project pipelines, sales reports and customer visit records, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective sales performance.
Obtain product approvals and specifications for government sectors.

Required Skills
Solid communication, negotiation, and sales skills.




Experience in business development and dealer management.
Knowledge of building materials and interior products.
Ability to develop government and corporate relationships.
Target-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for customer meetings and project visits.

Candidates with experience in government projects, PSUs, institutional sales, product approvals and building materials will be preferred.

Vehicle : Own two-wheeler/four wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory.

Age Group : 35 - 45 years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
