Position: Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager

Department: Retail Lending – Equipment, Machinery.
Reporting to: Regional Head (Tamil Nadu)

Location: Coimbatore/Salem/Erode

Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing & lead generation.
Conduct credit assessment, customer verification, and loan documentation aligned with Hedge’s underwriting policy.
Supervise collections, renewals, and delinquency control; maintain NPAs within acceptable norms.
Drive market intelligence—competitor analysis, rate benchmarking, and local tie-ups.
Coordinate for disbursement, MIS, and operational support.

Desired Candidate Profile




1–5 years of experience in NBFC / Small Finance Bank branch operations.
Proven experience in Machinery, Equipment.
Exposure to subprime or small-ticket lending markets will be a strong advantage.
Strong local market knowledge and existing dealer / DSA network preferred.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and customer management skills.
Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication essential.
