Job Description – Legal Collection Officer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Responsibilities:
Handle legal recovery cases and overdue loan accounts.
Manage Section 138 (Cheque Bounce) and SARFAESI proceedings.
Coordinate with advocates, law firms, and legal authorities.
Issue legal notices and follow up on court cases.
Conduct field visits for legal recovery and NPA accounts.
Maintain legal case records and recovery reports.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of legal cases.

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream; Law graduate (LLB) preferred.
Experience in legal collection and recovery is preferred.
Knowledge of Section 138 and SARFAESI is mandatory.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
