Patient Flow: Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges to reduce wait times.
Department Liaison: Communicate between nursing staff, doctors, billing, pharmacy, and housekeeping.
Patient Support: Guide patients and attendants, resolve basic queries, and handle complaints.
Floor Maintenance: Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment readiness on the floor.
Compliance: Follow hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and quality standards.
