We are hiring Telecallers for a full-time work-from-home position. The company will provide leads, and your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, understand their software requirements and follow up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities
Call company-provided leads and introduce our software solutions.
Discuss clients' business needs and understand their software requirements.
Explain relevant software solutions over the phone.
Follow up with interested clients.
Encourage clients to schedule virtual or on-site software demonstrations.
Update call details, client requirements and follow-up status in the company system.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Freshers are welcome. No prior experience required.
Positive communication skills and a confident speaking ability.




Basic smartphone handling and internet usage.
Own smartphone and stable internet connection.
Willingness to learn about business software.

Important Information
100% Work From Home – No office visits required.
Virtual interview and online onboarding.
Company-provided leads – No independent lead generation required.
Full-time working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Direct company recruitment – Not a consultancy.

Candidates from Kolkata and other locations across West Bengal will be preferred.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
