Roles & Responsibilities
Possess solid understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and system functionalities.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, support teams, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for current initiatives, enhancements, and process improvements.
Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.
Perform root cause analysis for reported issues and coordinate with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.
Monitor incidents and service requests to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge repositories.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, evidence, and process records.




Conduct periodic user access reviews and ensure adherence to access management and segregation of duties controls.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, testing sign-offs, and project reviews.
Identify risks, track action items, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and user experience.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to business users and support teams as required.
