Ajfan International is a growing retail and FMCG company specializing in premium dates, dry fruits, chocolates, sweets, gifting products, and related food products. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Operations Manager to oversee and manage our retail operations in Mumbai, ensuring operational efficiency, business growth, customer satisfaction, and consistent store performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets across Mumbai.
Ensure smooth functioning of all stores while maintaining company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
Monitor store sales performance, revenue targets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve store productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Monitor product availability, expiry management, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising, product display, and store presentation standards.
Lead, supervise, and motivate Store Managers, Supervisors,



and frontline retail teams.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service standards across all outlets.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, HR, and sales teams for smooth business operations.
Prepare operational reports, sales reports, budgets, and performance analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and statutory regulations.
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve overall store performance.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or multi-store operations.
Proven experience in handling multiple retail outlets or large-format retail stores.
Experience in Retail, Hypermarket, Supermarket, FMCG, or Food Retail industries is preferred.
Solid knowledge of store operations, inventory management, stock control, and sales performance monitoring.
Excellent leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
