Location : Bhirebhat, Tehsil - Dhamdha, Durg (C.G.)

Experience : 10+Years

1.Lead and monitor daily production operations to achieve planned targets, productivity, and delivery schedules.

2.Oversee fabrication activities, including cutting, fit-up, welding, assembly, and finishing as per approved drawings and specifications.

3.Develop production plans, manpower allocation, and resource utilization to ensure optimum operational efficiency.

4.Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and production losses.

5.Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.

6.Coordinate with Design, PPC, QA/QC, Projects, Procurement,



and Stores teams for smooth workflow and timely project execution.

7.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and approved fabrication processes.

8.Monitor production KPIs, productivity, rejection, rework, and on-time delivery performance.

9.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.

10.Lead and develop production teams while ensuring discipline, accountability, and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
