Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative Design: Create recruitment flyers, engaging social media creatives, and general marketing collateral.
SEO & Website Management: Maintain and update the company website; execute keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
Social Media & Paid Ads: Manage social media marketing, regularly post content on LinkedIn, and oversee basic LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ad campaigns.
Recruitment & Lead Support: Utilize recruitment and lead generation tools to generate leads and support recruitment operations.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze digital metrics, and prepare regular marketing reports.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–8 years of experience in digital marketing.
Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in Canva for flyer, banner,



and creative design.
Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
Paid Advertising: Fundamental hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Web & Tools: Proven experience in website maintenance, content creation, and familiarity with recruitment tools/lead generation methods.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, creative problem-solving, and robust analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
