Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to prepare authentic Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes, maintain food quality, manage kitchen preparation, and ensure smooth café kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes.
Handle noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, and main-course preparations.
Manage daily kitchen preparation and mise en place.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes.




Monitor ingredient stock and kitchen requirements.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Follow food safety and storage procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory.
