Job Responsibilities
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair of HL (Hydraulic Loader) and BHL (Backhoe Loader) machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Handle engine, transmission, hydraulic system, and other machine component repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections.
Attend customer complaints and provide in office technical support.
Ensure timely resolution of machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and records of spare parts used.
Coordinate with the service team and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical,
Automobile, or relevant engineering field.
Experience: 1–5 years in heavy equipment servicing; relevant experience in HL/BHL machines preferred.
Positive knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, transmission, and troubleshooting.
Experience in field service and machine breakdown handling will be preferred.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work at branch locations as required.
