Key Responsibilities 1. Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. 2. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures. 3. Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations. 4. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and guest questions. 5. Maintain guest records and update booking details. 6. Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions accurately. 7. Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and room readiness. 8. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. 9. Maintain front desk cleanliness and a professional appearance. 10. Coordinate with hotel management and other departments. 11. Maintain daily reports,



registers, and shift handover records. 12. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and hospitality standards. Skills & Requirements - Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English. - Pleasant personality and professional behaviour. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). - Knowledge of hotel front office operations preferred. - Ability to handle guests politely and confidently. - Good customer service and problem-solving skills. - Punctual, disciplined, and responsible. - Previous hotel experience will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Working Conditions - Full time hotel front desk position. - Shift-based duty. - Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts. - Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
