Job Title: Pharmacy In-Charge
Department: Pharmacy
Reports To: HR Manager/ Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing pharmacy operations, medicine inventory, dispensing procedures, staff supervision, and compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily pharmacy operations and pharmacy staff.
Ensure proper dispensing of medicines as prescribed.
Monitor medicine stock, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
Maintain purchase, sales, stock, and dispensing records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and suppliers.
Prevent stock shortages and minimize medicine wastage.
Ensure compliance with applicable drug laws and pharmacy standards.
Maintain proper billing, documentation, and inventory control.

Qualifications:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid registration as applicable.
Experience: 2–3 years preferred.

Skills:

Inventory management, medicine knowledge, communication, and staff supervision.

Note: The designated registered pharmacist must meet applicable legal requirements for pharmacy operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
