Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems. .
Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC
Maintaining Assets through Assets Inventory Book Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and take necessary corrective actions to resolve
