Experience: 2 to 5 years
Monitor production output against hourly, daily, and monthly targets.
Ensure smooth operation of SMT, DIP, THT, assembly, and testing lines.
Coordinate with planning and material departments to ensure material availability.
Minimize production downtime and improve line efficiency.
Monitor and improve:
OEE
UPH
Line efficiency
FPY
Scrap and rejection
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Poka-Yoke.
Reduce cycle time and manufacturing costs.
knowledge of SMT, DIP, THT, and PCB assembly.
Knowledge of SMT machines and production processes.
Understanding of AOI, SPI, ICT, and functional testing.
Knowledge of soldering and rework processes.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 standard.
Positive knowledge of Excel and production MIS.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
