Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Drive sales of slimming, weight-loss, inch-loss, and body-contouring packages.
Ensure effective lead conversion and follow-up.
Monitor team sales performance and individual targets.
Focus on package upgrades, renewals, referrals, and repeat business.
Improve average billing value and overall branch revenue.
Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Monitor patient appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules.
Maintain proper clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and infrastructure.
Ensure all clinic protocols and SOPs are followed.
Monitor stock, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Manage and supervise Doctors, Dieticians, Customer Care Executives, and other clinic staff.
Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor productivity.
Ensure staff attendance, punctuality,



grooming, and dress code.
Submit daily sales reports and attendance reports.
Share daily team pictures and operational updates.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
