Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Billing Engineer with a solid background in billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement verification for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify MEP bills, RA bills, and final bills.
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against actual site measurements.
Handle MEP billing for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Check work orders, rate analysis, and variation statements.
Maintain billing records and project cost documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of MEP quantity surveying and billing.
Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Understanding of BOQ, RA bills, and rate analysis.
Positive coordination and communication skills.

Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2–8 years of relevant experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
