Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is hiring an experienced Tandoor Chef for a reputed restaurant in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing tandoori dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook tandoori items such as roti, naan, kebabs, and other dishes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Manage tandoor operations efficiently and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef.




Good knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
