Responsibilities:
Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
Assist members with workout plans based on their fitness goals.
Ensure correct form and secure workout practices.
Help members with weight loss, muscle building, and general fitness.
Maintain gym equipment cleanliness and safety.
Motivate members and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of strength training, exercise techniques, and fitness.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in fitness training is preferred.
Freshers with good fitness knowledge may also apply.
