The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, self-driven Senior Sales Engineer (Chillers) to own sales and revenue growth in your territory. You’ll manage the full cycle, from finding leads and negotiating to closing orders and collecting payments, while building lasting relationships with industrial customers.

What You’ll Do

Business Development
Drive sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Lead market development activities in your area

Planning & Sales Tracking
Own leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet sales budget and pricing targets
Follow the company’s sales process
Review the sales pipeline regularly and plan corrective action
Work with your Manager to act quickly on factors affecting the business
Support annual, quarterly and monthly business planning with the Business Head and Management
Help plan and reset targets when needed

Customer Relationships
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in your region
Resolve customer and prospect complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction

Collections




Track receivables and work with Consultants to collect outstanding payments
Alert Management early to risks or challenges in outstanding amounts

What We’re Looking For
Education: BE or PG Diploma in Mechanical or Plastics Engineering (CIPET)
Experience: 4 to 7 years in sales of chillers or refrigeration, or related industrial products such as pumps, compressors, dryers, pneumatics, industrial oil, grease or bearings. OEM, B2B or direct sales experience is preferred
Good knowledge of the major industrial estates in your state, and willingness to travel across them
Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
Confident negotiation and deal-closing ability
Energetic, proactive and target-driven
