We are looking for a energetic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to handle prospective customer enquiries, generate leads, and coordinate with the sales team to convert potential customers into site visits and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond to property enquiries.

· Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels and online portals.

· Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property expectations.

· Explain project details, amenities, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.

· Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.

· Follow up with prospective clients regularly to generate interest and convert leads into site visits.

· Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM software on a daily basis.





· Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer feedback.

· Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.

· Prepare daily call reports and maintain lead follow-up records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Candidates with experience in residential real estate projects.

· Solid customer engagement and lead management skills.

· Ability to generate quality site visits and support sales conversions.

· Immediate joiners preferred.
