Position: VMC Operator

Job Description:
Operate and handle Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines.
Set up machines and perform machining operations as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Perform CNC milling, drilling, tapping and boring operations.
Understand and work with CNC programs and offsets.
Select appropriate cutting tools and set tool parameters.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Maintain machining accuracy and component quality.
Handle machining of SPM components, fixtures and jigs.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.





Experience Required: Experienced Candidates Only.

Industry: SPM / Manufacturing

Skills Required:
VMC machine operating experience.
Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc / Mitsubishi preferred).
Knowledge of machining drawings and measuring instruments.
Ability to handle production independently.
