Job Description – Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage MEDIROUTE's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Create and publish promotional posts, reels, stories and digital content.
Run Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
Generate student enquiries and quality leads through social media and other channels.
Contact prospective students through phone calls and explain available courses and overseas education opportunities.
Follow up with leads, maintain enquiry records and convert potential enquiries into counselling appointments.
Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, comments and social media enquiries.
Coordinate with the student counselling team.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Work Arrangement
Primarily work from home.
Occasional visits to the MEDIROUTE office may be required for meetings, content creation and other activities.




Flexible working schedules can be accommodated.
Must be available for student calls and follow-ups during mutually agreed working hours.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
Positive communication and telephone calling skills.
Ability to generate leads and follow up with prospective students.
Basic Canva, CapCut and content creation skills.
Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
