Qualification : Diploma/BE/B-Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering)

Assistant Production Engineer to support day-to-day operations on the EMS production line.

The candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a solid understanding of PCBA processes, SMT, THT, back-end assembly and conformal coating workflows.

This role requires solid technical skills, hands-on problem- solving and providing corrective actions for internal and external failures, and cross- functional coordination to meet production targets, quality standards. and delivery timelines.

Support production ramp-up, shift handovers, and equipment readiness checks Analyze and resolve line stoppages. process issues.



and material shortages in coordination with maintenance, quality. and teams Maintain production documentation. including work instructions. pr0CeSS logs, arid Shift reports.

Ensure adherence* to standard operating procedures (SOPs). ESD safety, and 5S Assist in setting up and validating recent production lines.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

ERP-SAP Knowledge is must.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
