Job Description: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring • Position: HR Recruiter (Bulk & Volume Hiring) • Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition • Employment Type: Full time • Experience Required: 1– 3 Years (Adjust as needed) • Work Mode: Work From Office Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and results-driven HR Recruiter specializing in bulk and high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines to fulfill multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage high-volume and bulk hiring campaigns from sourcing to final onboarding. • Multi-Channel Sourcing: Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Shine), social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and local databases. • Screening & Assessment:



Conduct high-volume telephonic/walk-in screenings and initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate large-scale or walk-in interviews with hiring managers and operations teams. • Pipeline & Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates from initial contact through joining to minimize drop-off rates. • MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases in MS Excel or Google Sheets. • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR and operations team to complete joining formalities and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
