Visit residential flats and conduct internal inspections.
Inspect flats for defects such as cracks, leakage, seepage, dampness and plaster damage.
Take explicit photographs of the observed defects.
Record inspection details and prepare basic written observations.
Maintain proper inspection records and coordinate with the office team.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of building defects and construction.
Valuable observation and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for site inspections.
Office Location : Goregaon West, Mumbai
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
