Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong nutritional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage patient care efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Create personalized diet plans based on the client’s health condition, lifestyle, and goals.
Assess medical history and conduct detailed consultations with clients.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate nutritional guidance.
Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress and modify diet plans when required.
Maintain and update the patient database and records accurately.
Prepare and submit daily work reports and updates.
Coordinate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain skilled communication with clients and provide ongoing support during their wellness journey.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
