Ensure smooth patient flow and reduce waiting time.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and billing teams.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Maintain cleanliness and hospital service standards.
Prepare daily MIS and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs.
Improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
