Job Title: Front Office Executive

Reporting To: Operation Manager / Unit Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations coordination, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guests professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Maintain guest records and update booking details in the system
Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering responsibilities




Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
Basic computer knowledge
Robust guest handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts

Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in hotel front office (Resort experience preferred)
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
