Job Summary

A Trainee Operator is responsible for learning and assisting in the operation of production machines and equipment, following safety procedures, maintaining product quality, and supporting smooth day-to-day production activities under the guidance of senior operators and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
Learn to operate production machines and equipment safely.
Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
Assist in machine setup, starting, stopping, and routine operation.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
Check product quality according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workplace.
Record production output, rejection, and downtime details as required.




Assist with routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow PPE requirements and company safety rules.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
ITI, Diploma, or 10th/12th pass, depending on company requirements.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Willingness to learn machine operation and technical skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Valuable observation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Compliance with safety procedures.
Machine downtime reporting.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
