Manager - Business Development (Roles and Responsibilities)

Industry: IT Infrastructure, Network Solutions, Cloud Services, Facility Management Services (FMS)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting

 Identify potential B2B & B2C clients across industries needing IT infrastructure solutions,

FMS, and cloud services.

 Utilize networking, referrals, social media (LinkedIn), and industry events to generate

leads.

 Maintain database of prospects and update regularly (Ex Zoho)
Client Engagement

 Initiate contact with prospects and schedule meetings

 Understand basic client requirements and share with senior team

 Build initial relationships with clients
Solution Coordination

 Work with technical team to understand solutions

 preparation of proposals and quotations.

 presenting solutions to clients
Sales Execution

 Support end-to-end sales cycle under guidance of BDM.





 Follow up on proposals and negotiations.

 Assist in closing deals and onboarding clients.
Tender & RFP Support

 Track basic tender opportunities.

 Assist in documentation and submission process.
Reporting & CRM Management

 Update daily activities in CRM.

 Maintain lead, pipeline, and sales tracker

 Submit daily/weekly reports to reporting manager
Team Coordination

 Coordinate with technical, procurement, and support teams.

 Ensure timely response to client queries.
Brand Representation

 Represent company in client meetings and local events.

 Maintain qualified communication and company image.
Customer Support & Follow-up

 Follow up for feedback post proposal.

 Support in ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Identify repeat business prospects

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
