Prepare daily meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, rotis/chapatis, rice, dal, regional vegetable curries, and non-vegetarian or regional specialties.
Customise spice levels, oil content, and ingredients to match household health requirements or family tastes.
Properly store cooked food and raw ingredients at protected temperatures to prevent spoilage.
Wash, peel, chop, soak, and execute daily mise en place before cooking.
Maintain strict personal hygiene and sanitize the cooking slab, stove, and kitchen area after every meal.
Monitor pantry and refrigerator stock, informing the employer in advance when key staples (spices, grains, oil, vegetables) run low.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
