We are seeking an experienced Early Years qualified to lead our Kindergarten team and manage daily operations.

Qualifications
Master’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

3 years of relevant experience teaching in or managing a preschool.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle parent enquiries, school tours, admissions and withdrawals.
Guide and train teachers and support staff in the school’s philosophy and practices.
Oversee curriculum implementation, lesson planning, classroom observations and children’s progress records.
Conduct staff reviews, weekly reflections and parent meetings.
Coordinate transport, inventory, supplies, staff cover and school events.
Maintain school records, reports and confidentiality.
Ensure child safeguarding, health and safety, first-aid readiness and emergency drills.

Salary: 15,000 -25,000 based on experience and qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
