OUTREACH MANAGER

Thane and Palghar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

· Provide clinical and operational leadership across healthcare services.

· Plan and manage community health and public health programmes.

· Supervise doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and community health workers.

· Ensure quality assurance, patient safety, and clinical protocol compliance.

· Strengthen referral networks and institutional partnerships.

· Monitor programme performance, budgets, MIS, and donor reporting.

· Coordinate with government authorities and healthcare institutions.

Eligibility

· Qualification: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/MPH or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

· Experience around 10 Years in clinical services, healthcare management, public health, or community healthcare.

· Community Medicine/Public Health background will be preferred.





· Experience in rural healthcare, tribal health, or the development sector is desirable.

· Excellent communication skills in English; Marathi/local language proficiency preferred.

· Willingness to travel across Thane and Palghar districts.
