We are looking for a agile Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale distribution network for two-wheeler accessories and riding gear. The role involves managing existing dealers, onboarding new distributors, driving sales targets, and ensuring strong market presence for our product portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expand B2B/wholesale network across assigned regions.
Identify new markets, dealers, sub-dealers, and institutional buyers.
Conduct product pitches, negotiations, and closing of B2B orders.

Dealer & Distributor Management
Maintain robust relationships with existing partners.
Plan and execute schemes, incentives, and pricing strategies.
Ensure proper coverage, availability, and visibility of products.
Track distributor stock, orders, and credit limits.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Collect feedback from dealers on product demand and performance.
Recommend recent product introductions and improvements.

Operations & Coordination




Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for order fulfilment.
Follow up on payments, outstanding & credit management.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans.

Team Leadership (If managing a team)
Guide and support field sales executives.
Set targets and monitor team performance.

Skills & Requirements
5–8 years’ experience in two-wheeler accessories / riding gear / automotive aftermarket sales.
Strong dealer & distributor network in the region (preferred).
Positive negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of Excel, CRM or basic MIS reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
