Job Purpose

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage our home automation projects in a professional manner. Qualified candidate is expected to have a very valuable understanding of execution work of Home Automation projects. Hard work, team management, project management, commitment, convincing capabilities and perseverance are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the various project execution teams
Manage their daily schedule
Manage timely procurement and availability of material required at sites
Track project progress
Enable open communication between the sales team and the execution team
Handle project issues and escalations from the client/site/architect
Ensure that the project teams maintain site files, drawings, site inspections sheet etc
Ensure proper completion of the project
Plan for handover of the project to customer




Prepare stage-wise reports on a monthly basis on the projects under execution
Create project ids, SLACK channels, assign project to project managers etc.
Assist the senior management in identifying current brands, latest technologies, recent trends etc.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Education
B.Tech
Any other graduate degree with relevant experience
Relevant experience in handling Home Automation projects is preferred.
Programming knowledge on KNX, Basalte,Lutron,Control4, RTI, WIFI troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team management and project management skills.
Experience – 3+ years

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
