Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and supervise all mechanical MEP works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and gas systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and other MEP teams to ensure smooth site execution and clash-free installation.
Review and implement shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and productivity to meet project schedules.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely execution and material delivery.




Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
Ensure proper documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M; manuals.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and relevant codes/standards.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
Valuable coordination, communication, and site management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP project execution (commercial/residential/hospitality projects preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
