ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Looking to start your career in Human Resources and gain practical experience? Join Rankson Incorporation as an HR Intern and get hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, HR operations, and employee management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Communicate with candidates through calls and messages.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation.
Support day-to-day HR activities and projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (ELIGIBILITY)
Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Human Resources or a related field.



• Good communication and interpersonal skills. (English/Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
A proactive and positive attitude.
