Academic Counselor

Require minimum of 1 year of experience in Academic counselling

Key Responsibilities
Provide one on one academic and career counseling to current and prospective students.
Guide students in course selection and academic planning aligned with career goals.
Monitor student progress, address academic challenges, and ensure timely completion.
Maintain thorough knowledge of programs, curriculum updates, and academic policies.
Support admissions by advising on eligibility, applications, and documentation.
Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate student records, reports, and CRM data; analyze trends for improvement.
Engage and follow up with students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Collaborate with academic, career, HR, and administrative teams to support student success and institutional processes.

Job Type: Permanent
