Job Summary

Responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and timely material availability as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and obtain vendor quotations.
Prepare comparative statements and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
Generate purchase orders and follow up on timely deliveries.
Identify and develop vendors and maintain the Approved Vendor List.
Coordinate procurement of raw materials, consumables and spares.
Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality and Accounts teams.
Prepare Purchase MIS and maintain procurement records.




Identify cost-saving prospects and alternate vendors.
Ensure compliance with ISO 15378:2017 (GMP) requirements.
