10–12 years of experience in Residential Building Construction Projects
Proven experience in project coordination, planning, site execution, and stakeholder management
Solid knowledge of residential building construction and project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning to project completion.
Assist the Project Manager in project scheduling,



resource planning, and execution.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to approved timelines and milestones.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
