Empire Digital, part of the Empire Overseas Education group, is hiring Sales Officers for our Kochi office. You will handle sales across our services and look after customers from first enquiry to closure. Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome, and we will train you.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email, and follow up on leads
Explain our services clearly and help customers choose what fits their needs
Convert enquiries into sales and meet monthly targets
Look after existing customers, answer their questions and resolve issues
Keep lead and customer records up to date in our CRM or tracker
Coordinate with the internal team to make sure customers are served on time
Requirements
Freshers welcome; 0–2 years in sales, customer service or telecalling is an advantage
Valuable spoken and written English and Malayalam
Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to current people
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business)
Graduate in any discipline preferred

In person, Kochi, Kerala.
