We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong client relationships. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and investment advantages.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Follow up regularly with prospective buyers to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and customer inquiries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
