We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Lifeguard to help maintain a secure swimming workplace in Dubai. The successful candidate will monitor swimming areas, assist guests, and respond appropriately to emergencies while following established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.
Enforce swimming pool rules and safety procedures.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide assistance when required.
Inspect pool areas and safety equipment regularly.
Maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.
Report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Communicate safety instructions clearly to guests and team members.
Requirements
Ability to swim confidently.
Relevant lifeguard training and valid certification, as required by the employer and applicable local regulations.
Basic English communication skills.
Good observation, communication, and emergency-response skills.
Physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
