Conduct quality tests on cement, sand, aggregates, water and admixtures.
Perform concrete slump tests, cube casting, curing and compressive strength testing.
Monitor 7-day and 28-day cube strength and ensure compliance with required concrete grades.
Understand concrete grades (M20, M25, M30, M35, etc.) and their specified compressive strength.
Monitor raw material quality, batching operations and concrete mix proportions.
Maintain QC registers, including raw material testing, slump testing, cube casting, cube strength and daily quality reports.
Identify quality deviations and report issues to the QC Incharge.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory testing equipment.
Coordinate with plant operations and site teams for quality-related matters.
