Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and responsible Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to manage the vehicle delivery process and ensure a smooth handover experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with the Sales, Service and Stockyard teams.
Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected and ready for delivery on time.
Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and accessories fitment.
Verify vehicle documents, insurance and registration details.
Follow up on pending payments, loan approvals and RTO formalities.
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery dates and timings.
Maintain vehicle delivery records and daily reports.
Ensure a smooth and satisfactory vehicle handover experience.

Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Prior experience in automobile dealerships or vehicle delivery coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
