Legal Research: Investigate case-related facts, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents using in-house files and legal databases.
Document Drafting: Prepare pleadings, contracts, briefs, appeals, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
Case Management: Organize and maintain evidence, exhibits, case files, and tracking spreadsheets.
Client & Witness Communication: Interview clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses, and coordinate schedules across parties.
Trial Preparation: Assemble trial binders, prepare deposition summaries, organize exhibits, and attend depositions or court hearings to assist attorneys.
Administrative Support: Track billable hours and file official paperwork with courts and opposing counsel.
