With manufacturing in India and warehouse stocking in the USA, we serve 300+ customers, including several well-known brands.Role OverviewAs a Telecaller, you will call U.S.-based prospects from a database we provide, introduce our company, and schedule meetings with our Sales Specialists.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S. prospects using the data provided
Introduce the company and its products
Understand the prospect’s basic requirements




Schedule meetings between prospects and our Sales Specialists
Follow up to confirm scheduled meetings
Update call records, leads, and meetings in the CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly meeting targets

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in telecalling, voice process, international sales, or B2B sales
Excellent English communication skills
Confidence in speaking with U.S. clients
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
Willingness to work the U.S. night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
Bangalore-based candidates preferred

Incentives (Per Qualified Meeting)
1–5 meetings: ₹500 per meeting
6–10 meetings: ₹750 per meeting
Physical client meeting: ₹1,000 per meeting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
