About the Role
We are looking for a Placement Coordinator with robust exposure to the IT and AI industry — someone who understands current tech hiring trends and can connect our students to real, relevant employment opportunities in this space.

Key Responsibilities
Identifying placement requirements from the IT/AI market and industry
Visiting companies and building relationships with IT/tech employers
Participating in admission selection interviews
Conducting Workplace Readiness training modules
Providing personal counselling to students




Accompanying students to interviews and supporting them through the hiring process
Maintaining placement data/records for both employers and students
Handling related documentation

Required Qualifications
Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Strong understanding of the IT/AI industry — hiring trends, in-demand roles, and employer expectations
A solid team player with the ability to place and support students effectively
Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA (HR) preferred
1+ years of experience as a Placements Officer, specifically within the IT industry
Willingness to spend time at the grassroots/community level regularly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
