Earth Sky Buildcon is a design and construction management company in Faridabad. We work with clients across India on homes, commercial buildings and interiors. We are growing our sales team and looking for someone who can explain this model with confidence and close projects.

What you will do
Handle enquiries from our website, social media and referrals, and turn them into site visits and meetings
Understand the client's plot, budget and requirements, and explain our 20% fee model clearly
Present our 3D designs and itemised estimates, and walk clients through the process from plot to handover
Follow up consistently and close projects with signed agreements
Work with our architect and project manager so the client's requirements reach the design team correctly
Keep leads and follow-ups updated in the CRM or sheet every day
Meet monthly closure targets

What we are looking for
2+ years of sales experience in construction,



real estate, architecture, interiors or building materials
Valuable understanding of construction costs, materials and the building process
Strong communication in Hindi and English
Confident in client meetings and negotiation
Honest and patient. We win clients by being explicit, not by pressure
Own two-wheeler or vehicle preferred
